Comp Claim Value does not require an account. The calculators run in your browser and the numbers you type are not stored.

Personalized reports

If you request a report, the state, injury, wage, rating and the optional description you write are sent to our server and to Anthropic's API to generate the text. We do not store the description or the report. Do not include your name, Social Security number, claim number or other identifying details. We keep a count of report requests per IP address for up to one day to prevent abuse.

Advertising and cookies

This site shows ads from Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can manage personalized advertising at Google Ad Settings. Users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked for consent through Google's consent message.
