What is different in Nevada

For injuries on or after 1 July 2017, a worker rated above 30% can take a lump sum only for the first 30%, with the rest paid in installments; accepting a lump sum is a final settlement. Prior ratings on the same body structure are deducted.

Permanent injuries in general

0.6% of average monthly wage per 1% whole-person impairment (AMA Guides as adopted by the Division), paid monthly for 5 years or until age 70, whichever is later.
